The Victory Outreach East Fresno Christian Recovery Homes exist to bring hope and restoration to those affected by the struggles of urban life, including drug and alcohol addiction, gang involvement, and prostitution.
For over 50 years, Victory Outreach has been operating these homes, helping individuals rebuild their lives through faith, discipleship, and a supportive community. Through this approach, our recovery program has seen a 70% success rate among graduates.
Our focus is not only on recovery but on complete transformation. We believe true restoration begins spiritually and extends into every area of life. Because of this, we emphasize the importance of family, faith, and personal responsibility throughout the program.
The Christian Recovery Homes, sponsored by Victory Outreach East Fresno, are live-in, 12-month Christian care homes designed specifically for individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.
Our program is built to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have been consumed by substance abuse. Through biblical teaching, structured guidance, mentorship, and community support, individuals are given the opportunity to rebuild their lives and step into the future God has prepared for them.
At Victory Outreach East Fresno, we believe no life is beyond the reach of God’s power to change.
We are not a clinical treatment program. Instead, our approach is centered on faith and spiritual transformation. Through the teaching of the Word of God, prayer, discipleship, and encouragement toward positive life choices, individuals are guided through their journey of change and restoration.
Our Christian Recovery Homes are not funded by the government. They operate entirely through the generosity and support of our local community, church family, and partners who believe in the mission of life transformation.
Because of this support, we are able to continue offering a place where individuals can find hope, healing, and a new beginning.
Our Victory Outreach Recovery Homes are provided free of charge to those who enter the program. The recovery process is designed as a one-year residential program, where individuals live in a structured, 24-hour home environment that encourages spiritual growth, accountability, and personal transformation.
