Victory Outreach East Fresno is a multi-faceted ministry committed to helping people of all ages and from every walk of life. No matter a person’s background, circumstances, or past, we believe that God has placed a destiny inside every individual.

Our mission is to help people discover that purpose and walk in the life God has designed for them.
